Membership in Martina's official fan club will get you many benefits!  Memberships include an official membership card, an 8x10 color photo, On-Line newsletters, a biography, a Martina souvenir keepsake, as well as access to our brand new fan club members only section of this website!

JOIN NOW - Membership is $20.00 per year in the United States and $25.00 per year in all other countries.  Click "join now" and a printable form will open in another window, or you may choose one of the options below to join on-line using Paypal, check or a credit card!

Please note: No matter how you sign-up it can take up to 4-6 weeks for you to be entered into our system and be eligible for any fan club promotions including pre-sale tickets.  There are absolutely no rush orders on memberships.

LOG IN - If you are already a fan club member, click log in and you will be prompted for your username and password.  Your information is on your mailing label of your newsletters, and is as follows:

USERNAME: Your Fan Club Member Number (On the upper left of the labels)

PASSWORD: Your complete address line, in all capital letters, not including spaces or special characters.

EXAMPLE:

For the fan with this mailing label, the log in information would be:

USERNAME: 93231
PASSWORD: 3214MAINST

(Remember, the password is ALL CAPS and will NOT contain anything but letters and numbers, none of these will be included: # , - ' & / )
